£28,938 - £32,214 per annum pro rata (Salaries vary depending on experience)
Hours – 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Core Duties
- Support young people aged 11 to 25 with their wellbeing and mental health through delivery of One-to-One sessions, groups, drop‑ins and Alternative Provision offer.
- Support parent, carers and other adults involved in young people’s lives with wellbeing and mental health support.
