The Nursing Team Lead will manage clinical delivery and mentor nursing staff in both the Refugee Clinic and outreach locations. This role requires at least five years of nursing experience and dedication to trauma-informed, equitable care. You'll collaborate with healthcare teams to address complex client needs and implement health promotion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality clinical delivery
• Provide holistic, client-centered care and health assessments
• Create health promotion initiatives and educational materials
• Advocate for equitable client access to health services
• Maintain thorough electronic documentation and program data
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in nursing; Baccalaureate preferred
