Responsibilities
- Scheduleand supervise the daily activities of therapy aides and support staff
- Training,hiring, motivating, evaluating and directing staff.
- Ensuretherapy rooms, equipment, and treatment areas are prepared and maintained
- Monitorcustomer feedback, service quality indicators and operational compliancestandards.
- Maintaining the client database, schedulingappointments, managing contract laborers and employees.
- Performoutlet audits and identify areas for improvement in service execution andcustomer experience.
- Workclosely with leaders to strengthen service quality, team discipline andcustomer satisfaction.
- Supportonboarding and structured skills development for new employees.
