Plan and coordinate preventive health enhancement, rehabilitative physical fitness, and health education training programs for community members and tribal employees. Instruct exercise classes for all age groups. Incorporate the principles of wellness and physical fitness into all activities sponsored by the CWC. Keep abreast of current national wellness initiatives and activities to motivate community members towards healthier lifestyles. Design a variety of exercise classes that meet the needs of the community incorporating exercise, nutrition, stress management, safe living, and environmental health Requirements Associate degree in Physical Education or related degree specializing in Recreation, Fitness, and Wellness.
