As a Wellness Nurse (LPN), you will:
+ Provide skilled nursing care and services to residents.
+ Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
+ Monitor and assess residents' health status and communicate changes appropriately.
+ Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
+ Support residents and families with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
