Integrated Solutions Wellsite Supervisor
The Role
As a Wellsite Supervisor, you are the primary point of contact on location. You're the person everyone looks to when decisions need to be made, and you're responsible for representing the company's interests while managing the technical and human side of the rig.
It's a big job. You'll be overseeing drilling, completion, and workover operations, making sure everything is done safely, on time, and within budget. You aren't just watching from the sidelines; you are leading the crew, managing contractors, and keeping a close eye on the well program to ensure we're delivering exactly what the customer needs.
