[West Gov Hospital/ 3 shifts/ ED] 6 Months Contract Patient Service Associate @ West #HJCT

Any 3 shifts, any 5 working days in a week

• Register patients via phone and upfront enquiries
• Collect payment/deposits and provide financial counselling for admissions
• Liaise closely with Bed Management Unit for acquisition of beds for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
• Obtain Specialist Outpatient Clinic (SOC) appointments for Emergency Medicine Department's (EMD) patients
• Sort documents in preparation for dispatch to Medical Records Office (MRO)
• Extend excellent customer service to patients and their relatives
• Replenish inventory when stock is low
