You will be closely working with the VP of Fixed Operations, focusing on raising performance standards through hands-on leadership. Your responsibilities include ensuring staff accountability, monitoring profitability, and analyzing business performance. In addition, you will create an environment that enhances both staff retention and customer satisfaction as measurable priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor Service and Parts Managers toward their goals
• Build strategies that drive staff and customer loyalty
• Interpret performance metrics for actionable store-level improvements
• Manage budgets and operating plans with each location
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
