We are seeking a Western Cuisine Cook to prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes, maintain food quality and consistency, ensure kitchen hygiene standards, and support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Western cuisine according to company recipes and quality standards. Ensure food presentation, portion control, and consistency of dishes served. Assist in food preparation, ingredient handling, and kitchen setup before service. Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements to maintain kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas. Follow food safety regulations and company procedures for food handling and storage.
