Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced General Builder / Wet Trade Multi-Trader with skills in Bricklaying, Paving, Slabbing, concreting and Patch Plastering to join a busy social housing maintenance team working across properties in CB10, CB11, CM22, CM23, and CM24. This is a long-term temporary position carrying out a mixture of day-to-day repairs, some planned works, and general maintenance within occupied properties.
The ideal candidate will be a strong external works tradesperson with reliable multi-trade skills and the ability to work independently, delivering high-quality repairs to a good standard. They should also have thermal boarding experience and ideally additional skil...
