Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leads infrastructure design development and manages technical specialists to ensure adherence to design criteria standards and project scope.
- Oversees design delivery scope development procurement of consultants and manages third‑party reviews and change orders.
- Prepares project reports, schedules, budgets and monitors progress to meet deadlines and financial requirements.
- Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure design integration and provides technical support and audits for project management.
- Assists in client relations scope documentation and attends meetings as needed while ensuring all technical and contractual information is disseminated.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in infrastructure or land development design projects with at least 5 years in the Middle East, preferably Dubai
