Job Summary
Provides training support to Southwest Cheese Site management through interviewing and testing new hires, new hire orientation, certification of employees, support for plant management and human resources, identifying and implementing process optimization projects, training new hires and internal movements, and writing and updating SOP.
Essential Functions
Responsible for initial interviews and testing (if required) of potential candidates.Model Southwest Cheese values, policies, and procedures.
