Job Description
The WSE Evaluator plays a pivotal role in conducting comprehensive, participatory evaluations across TCF’s 2,000+-school network. You will blend rigorous qualitative and quantitative methods—classroom observations, interviews, surveys, assessments and document reviews—to co-generate insights with principals, teachers and learners. Your analyses and recommendations will fuel continuous improvement, safeguard integrity and neutrality in the field, and elevate educational outcomes in under-resourced contexts.
