An exciting new opportunity has arisen with my Legal 500 client based in Nuneaton. My client is looking for a Wills and Probate Paralegal/Executive within the Private Client Department.
This role would suit someone with at least one year’s experience working as a Paralegal/Wills and Probate Executive supporting a fee earner in a busy Private Client Department.
Duties
- Attend to clients
- Produce accurate detailed work to ensure excellence in legal services
- Maintain files and ensure efficient case management of Private Client matters
- Draft any documentation in accordance with efficient file management including correspondence, briefs, court documentation, full attendance notes and statements of evidence
- Time record in accordance with the Firm’s policy and prepare bills as necessary
