Job Description
Immediate need for Wind Turbine Service & Maintenance Techs who can start immediately, with experience in service, maintenance, and construction support. Technicians will be required to join one of the construction industry unions upon employment and follow all CCQ rules and regulations.
- Travel to and work at wind farms under construction or newly constructed
- Inspect and maintain wind turbine components to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions to prevent breakdowns and costly repairs.
- Perform preventative maintenance on wind turbine systems to ensure reliability and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collect data for research and analysis to improve turbine efficiency and safety.
