Job Description
Job Summary:
Winding of electric motors through inserting copper wire coils and connecting the jumpers/lead cables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Basic level interpretation of motor specifications.
- (BOM and Winding Instruction Sheet)
- Inserter:
- Basic level inserting insulation and insulated copper wire coils into motor stator cores, according to specifications.
- Pre-form coil end turns with Rubber Mallet/forming peddles trim phase Separators
Connector:
- Basic level pre-Form end turns connect jumpers/ lead cable (Solder, Hydraulic or Air Crimper) Hand lace winding end turn.
- Inspect to assure compliance with Quality Control criteria, and perform associated tasks, forming coils as needed.
