A growing manufacturing company in Witham is seeking a Window Fabricator to join their busy factory team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The successful candidate will rotate through various departments and gain hands-on experience across the full window manufacturing process.
Duties will include working on the hanging line, learning different window furniture options and product ranges, assisting with window pack preparation in stores, and supporting the wider production team as required.
Previous manufacturing or window fabrication experience would be beneficial but is not essential for candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
