Other duties may be assigned, however, the core duties of this position are as follows:
Cleaning of interior and exterior commercial and retail windows within the facility Work at ground level as well as use ladders to reach upper floor windows
Use typical extension poles or water-fed extension pole and water system.
Ability to discuss job with clients
Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures.
Washes and replaces blinds.
Maintain cart and equipment organized
Periodically dust high partitions and ledges
Clean interior partition glass.
Equipment (such as vacuums) must be properly maintained at all times.
Knowledge and Skills
Must have good listening and verbal communication skills.
Some positions require the ability to speak/understand English.
Must maintain a neat appearance.
