Responsible for day-to-day administration and support of Windows server and virtualization environments in a 24x7 production setup. Ensures stability, security, and availability of infrastructure supporting critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities- Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments across production and non-production
- Perform server builds, configuration, hardening, and CMDB updates
- Execute patching, upgrades, and scheduled maintenance activities
- Monitor server health and resolve L2 incidents within SLA
- Manage VMware / Hyper-V / Nutanix virtualization (VM lifecycle operations)
- Handle backup, restore, and DR support using enterprise backup tools
