What you’ll do:
- Curate and manage an exceptional wine list to complement premium cuts and signature dishes
- Guide guests with confident wine recommendations and pairings
- Deliver engaging, refined wine service with personality and flair
- Support staff training and uphold the highest service standards
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Wine Sommelier in a high-end steakhouse or luxury dining venue
- Strong wine knowledge with a passion for guest interaction
- Certification (WSET or equivalent) is an advantage
