Award winning 5* Boutique Hotel in Bantry Bay is looking for a Wine Steward.
The Wine Steward supports the Sommelier team in the daily management, service and presentation of the wine programme.
The role focuses on delivering knowledgeable, refined and personalised wine service in line with hotel and Relais & Châteaux standards.
Duties:
Assist with wine service in restaurants, private dining, and events.
Ensure correct handling, storage, and presentation of wines Support the maintenance and organisation of wine cellars and storage areas Assist with stock control, inventory counts, and cellar administration.
