Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 hourly (to be negotiated) – 40 hours per week. Permanent full-time employment.

Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations
- Evaluate daily operations
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine staffing requirements
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- Supervise a team of 5–10 people
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience and specialization in wines
