What you’ll do:
The Shift Supervisor will lead by example by delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining Co‑op image standards. In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities, including pumping fuel, operating tills, merchandising, housekeeping, following safety protocols, and supervising staff.

Living the Brand
The Shift Supervisor will consistently represent and uphold the Co‑op brand by demonstrating Gardenland Co‑op’s vision, mission, and values in all interactions.
You will act as a Co‑op ambassador with a strong understanding of the Cooperative Retailing System and the cooperative business model, striving to build and maintain positive, healthy relationships with both co‑workers and customers.
