Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of BTL marketing programs for Motorola Insiders, including activations, contests, incentives, and retail initiatives
- Manage administrator responsibilities, including prize ordering and fulfillment, NPI support, training localization, demo mode localization, and Costco skid coordination
- Own finance and budget management, including internal budget tracking and alignment with finance teams
- Execute and support partnership initiatives, including TVCs, on‑site branding, banding, and activation execution
- Oversee contest and promotional mechanics, including social, CRM, contests, GWP, and reward & recognition execution
- Develop and execute carrier programs, including incentive creation, sourcing, T&Cs, fulfillment, and compliance
