Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct wireless network surveys using Ekahau Site Survey and other Wi-Fi analysis tools to assess coverage, capacity, and performance.
- Design and optimize Wi-Fi networks (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax) for enterprise, industrial, or campus environments.
- Create detailed heatmaps, coverage reports, and predictive RF designs using Ekahau Pro.
- Perform pre-deployment and post-deployment wireless assessments , ensuring signal strength, channel utilization, and interference mitigation.
- Recommend suitable access point placements, antenna types, and configurations based on environmental and user requirements.
- Document survey results, configuration changes, and recommendations for client and internal records.
- Stay current on wireless standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7) and emerging technologies.
