- Proven knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems & Data Analytics
- Business Analysis
- Implement or/and improve operational processes
- Strong interest of taking ownership and leading the solution towards a success

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in EN and NL or FR
- Ability to guide more junior colleagues
- Deep diving into more complex and client-specific topics to build a stable solution
- Deep knowledge of WMS systems and Business Analysis
- Knowledge on the ins & outs of Warehouses
- Being able to communicate with different levels (up- & downstream)
- Hands-on mentality
- Knowledge of BPMN is a big plus
