Job Description
1. 负责厨房核心烹饪环节的统筹与执行,主导主菜及招牌菜品的制作流程,确保出品质量、口味与呈现标准统一;
2. 参与菜单研发与工艺优化,结合食材特性与顾客反馈持续提升菜品水准;
3. 指导并协调后厨团队协作,保障出餐效率、食品安全及操作规范符合国家餐饮服务相关法规要求;
4. 严格执行食品卫生管理制度,落实原料验收、储存、加工、留样等全链条管理责任。
1. 具备5年以上中式热菜实操经验,其中至少3年担任主灶或头锅岗位;
2. 持有有效的《食品从业人员健康证明》及相应等级厨师职业资格证书;
3. 熟悉《食品安全法》《餐饮服务食品安全操作规范》等相关法律法规,具备良好的食品安全意识与现场管理能力;
4. 具备团队协作精神与基础带教能力,无违法违纪记录,身心健康。
