Job Description
IT Infrastructure Support
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.)
- Support network infrastructure : LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi‑Fi
- Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers)
- Manage user accounts , email, Active Directory, file permissions
- Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies)
- Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
