We are seeking a Work From Home Travel Representative to assist travelers with trip preparation and provide support before and during their travel experiences. This role focuses on helping clients feel confident and informed throughout their journey.

- Communicate with travelers through phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Assist with reviewing travel plans and confirming trip details
- Provide clear information regarding travel destinations and procedures
- Follow up with clients prior to departure to ensure readiness
- Address client concerns and escape more complex matters when necessary
