Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and organizing monthly payroll data for 10 countries, ensuring accuracy for over 1,200 employees across Germany and EMEA.Manage assigned benefit categories and focus areas autonomously, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.Address employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system, helping to resolve questions about payment, payslip access, vacation calculations, and other payroll-related topics.Ensure accurate time recording for working students and calculate their payments in alignment with contract terms and local labor laws.Generate and review payroll reports, verify data accuracy, and support monthly payroll processing.Identify and analyze areas for potential efficiency gains within payroll operations.
