Job Description
As a Workday AMS HCM Lead Consultant (Talent & Learning) at Kainos, you’ll lead the ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for our global clients. Specializing in Workday Talent, with interest and experience in Workday Learning – you’ll act as a subject matter expert within the AMS team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert configuration and support in Workday Talent & Learning
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring high‑quality, creative solutions.
- Proactively advise on dependencies, cross‑stream implications, and maintenance concerns.
- Own the configuration of complex initiatives and guide clients to appropriately test.
