As a Workday AMS HCM Lead Consultant (Talent & Learning) at Kainos, you’ll lead the ongoing support, configuration, and enhancement of Workday HCM solutions for our global clients. Specializing in Workday Talent, with interest and experience in Workday Learning - you’ll act as a subject matter expert within the AMS team. This role blends deep functional **Key Responsibilities** Provide suggestions to improve the configuration and user experience within Workday. **Minimum Requirements**Workday certification and/or significant hands-on experience configuring Talent and another functional area, preferably Learning, or related experience in another system, e.g. SuccessFactors or similar.Proven success in a client-facing consulting role or client-side HRIS team.Strong customer engagement and communication skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
