Job Description
-Manage and configure Workday HCM & Recruiting Functional Areas to meet business requirements.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS solutions with other business systems. Drive projects to enhance interoperability and data accuracy.
-Ensures delivery of timely, quality services and meets Service Level Agreements. -Lead Workday HCM & Recruiting projects by obtaining key partner agreements, develop requirements, build and test, prepare plans for change management, go live, and conduct post-mortem feedback improvements.
-Partner with other Workday technology leads and business owners to ensure a strong HRIS foundation to support seamless integration of specialized technologies.
