Job Description
General Summary:
- Installs and evaluates information technology hardware and software and troubleshoots problem areas.
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives in business processes through technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 2–5 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, application development, or related technical roles
- Proven experience working with Workday applications and configurations
- Strong knowledge of different Workday modules such as HCM, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Talent, or related areas
- Hands-on experience with Workday backend configuration , including:
- Business Process Definitions (BPs)
- Business Process Flows
- Condition Rules
