What You Will Experience In This Position
- Configure, test, and deploy Workday solutions across various HR modules including HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and more.
- Maintain core Workday foundations and support improvements, ensuring seamless HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, partnering with COE leaders and collaborators to gather business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with integrations, data updates, and mass uploads across Workday modules, ensuring the highest data quality and process logic.
- Review Workday semiannual releases, identifying features that improve user experience, process efficiency, and compliance.
- Recommend and apply process and system improvements, including automation and AI solutions, to streamline HR processes and improve operational scalability.
