Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Requirements Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business and HR requirements. Build and customize Workday reports using Report Writer, Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and BIRT Reports. Develop complex calculated fields to support workforce analytics, payroll reporting, and business intelligence requirements. Design and maintain executive dashboards using Scorecards, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics. Create secure Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions to support downstream integrations and reporting needs.
