Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain core HCM structures, including supervisory organizations, staffing models, and compensation.
- Configure earnings, deductions, gross-to-net calculations, tax rules, and payroll processing calendars.
- Build and maintain custom Workday reports (advanced, matrix, composite) and integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, and Studio).
- Execute unit, integration, and regression testing. Administer role-based and user-based security configurations.
