Key Skills
- Hands on experience with Workday functional modules (HCM / Comp / Talent / Benefits)
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework
- Experience in L1/L2 AMS support model and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent)
- Ability to analyze cross module functional impacts
- Working knowledge of Workday reporting and data validation
- Strong communication skills for HR and business stakeholder interaction
