Perform requirement gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, and deployment. Build, quality‑assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, which includes configuration of Workday and other systems integration. Create functional and technical systems documentation. Work cross‑functionally to understand issues and deficiencies in existing processes, design innovative integration solutions, execute implementation in Workday, and ensure requirements are met while maintaining data integrity and security. Create report and dashboard solutions within Workday and partner with HR and key stakeholders to optimize existing reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as IT or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in Workday implementation, preferably with an implementation partner.
