Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of subcontractor accommodations and site welfare facilities.
- Ensure welfare standards meet UAE and KSA labour law requirements.
- Inspect living conditions, hygiene, food quality and general worker welfare provisions.
- Identify gaps, issue corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
- Review subcontractor records, worker lists, WPS, welfare documentation etc.
- Investigate worker complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on welfare audits and findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HSE, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in worker welfare, HSE, or accommodation auditing.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and welfare standards in UAE and/or KSA.
- Experience working with subcontractors on construction projects.
