This role involves managing cases from intake through resolution while providing expert representation and legal counsel to clients in a fully in-office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of New York workers' compensation matters from intake through resolution
  • Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and trials before the Workers' Compensation Board
  • Develop case strategy, including evaluating claims, negotiating settlements, and preparing for litigation
