+ Responsible for daily preparation of call center workflow
+ Responsible for accurate data entry of incoming prescriptions and refills
+ Responsible for maintaining prescription refill requests
+ Responsible for Foundation Assistance management
+ Responsible as a backup for inbound/outbound calls as required
+ Responsible for accurately selecting billing and shipping methods for incoming patient orders
+ Provide clinical services in TherigySTM
+ Provides resolution to customer service issues to ensure member satisfaction
