The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining accurate records and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Update and maintain dormitory records in the Employee Management System (EMS).Perform accurate data entry of resident information into dormitory management systems or spreadsheets.Organise, file, and maintain documents such as tenancy agreements, maintenance reports, invoices, and correspondence.Ensure all records are properly updated, securely stored, and easily retrievable for audit and operational purposes.Prepare FDS claim forms, obtain authorised signatories, and ...
