The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure consistent and integrated workforce management processes and tools are in place, enabling timely decision‑making and visibility of demand.
Additionally, the role includes providing expert analysis, insights, and recommendations to enhance operational workforce planning, address challenges, and improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for Workforce Management to meet business needs.
- Identify areas of efficiency and increased effectiveness to deliver continuous improvement in resource management.
- Provide internal stakeholders with technical expertise and support around workforce planning.
