As a Workforce Associate, you will be responsible for supporting attendance tracking, schedule coordination, and workforce data management. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate timekeeping, compliance with company policies, and smooth coordination between employees, HR, and Payroll.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7:00 PM- 4:00 AM, Gliding Shift, Onsite
Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance and Data Management
+ Perform accurate data entry for employee call-ins and attendance records
+ Maintain and update workforce data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Scheduling and Requests Coordination
+ Receive and process requests related to attendance, schedule changes, and deviations
+ Ensure all schedule updates are properly documented and aligned with operations
