Job Description:
- Maintain and update headcount and capacity planners to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop accurate forecasts for volume, productivity, and shrinkages.
- Generate comprehensive monthly reports for individual accounts.
- Validate hiring decisions and internal transfers to maintain optimal staffing.
- Analyze scheduling outcomes and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on capacity planning and recruitment.
- Lead, mentor, and train team members to enhance their performance.
