Job Title: Workforce Management Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Workforce Management Specialist to support site operations through effective manpower coordination and operational logistics. This hands‑on role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth deployment of site personnel, maintaining workforce readiness, and supporting the successful delivery of service and maintenance activities within a heavy industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Manpower Coordination
- Allocate, mobilise, and schedule field personnel in line with approved workforce plans and operational requirements
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date workforce information within planning and scheduling systems (e.g. WSP or equivalent)
- Monitor attendance, shift patterns, working hours, and standby coverage to ensure adequate site resourcing
