Work Experience:
- At least 5 to 7 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Advanced Excel experience (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Report and dashboards creation
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of computers, i.e., MS Office. Above-average MS Excel knowledge is required.
- Excellent verbal & written communication & presentation skills
- Good interpersonal & people management skills with a good problem-solving approach.
- Expert knowledge of service procedures
