This role focuses on forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring to align with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
- Oversee the WFM tasks and strategies to include forecasting and capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring
- Interface with leaders to understand fast-changing business needs and update plans as necessary
- Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
- Coordinate with third-party partners on headcount requirements and monitor agency performance and compliance
