About the Role
As a Forecasting Specialist, you will help to drive a key element of our RT3 workforce planning system. You will be responsible for ensuring the data used for labour forecasting is accurate and will help develop forecasting processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and consistency.
- Critically analysing complex data sets, including managing data extraction and quality assurance to interpret trends and patterns.
- Using statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
- Developing and maintaining data models to assist in resolving forecast issues.
- Performing complex data extraction, manipulation and analysis of POS and Carton Data.
- Developing data visualisations of complex datasets for discussion with stakeholders.
